Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant

Chanel is an independent, privately held French maison renowned for haute couture, ready-to-wear, accessories, fragrance and beauty. 1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Chanel’s luxury standards within the Boots Stratford environment.
2. Conduct bespoke fragrance and makeup consultations, including product recommendations, demonstrations and sampling.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain Chanel merchandising, visual standards and stock presentation in line with brand guidelines and Boots policies.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle transactions and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
6. Support promotional activity and in-store events, and liaise with store management and Chanel retail leadership.

1. Previous retail experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics or fragrance preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a strong service orientation.
4. Right to work in the UK.
5. Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

At least one year of hands-on retail experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics or fragrance is preferred, with demonstrable success against sales targets and experience in delivering one-to-one consultations.

Secondary education completion; a vocational or beauty-related qualification (e.g., cosmetology or retail beauty certificate) is advantageous.
