Chanel FP&A Executive

- Update monthly sales dashboards and ensure data accuracy for the European consolidation team.
- Assist the Financial Controller in budget preparation, financial closing, and data reporting.
- Prepare and communicate regular expense follow-ups for the Fragrance & Beauty division.
- Consolidate investment projects and coordinate timely invoice receipt with the Architecture department.
- Support the FP&A Manager during annual retail inventories and perform cycle counts for boutiques.
- Assist new boutique retail teams with implementing procedures, stock count schedules, and training.
- Monitor compliance with internal retail procedures in Fragrance & Beauty boutiques.
- Support the FP&A Manager with ad hoc financial analysis, presentations, and reports.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar roles in luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar analytical finance roles, ideally within the luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
