1. Organize, prepare, facilitate, and synthesize meetings, workshops, coaching sessions, and events with key stakeholders across Global, Regions, and Divisions, focusing on Global teams in London and Luxembourg.
2. Manage and engage the community of champions by creating and sharing communications that highlight best practices and successful use cases.
3. Maintain and update SharePoint content, coordinate Teams posts, and produce a monthly newsletter when relevant.
4. Support the preparation and synthesis of studies led by the Lab, including business requirements and specification documents.
5. Contribute to acculturation and training workshops on proven techniques such as Power Query and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
6. Collect ideas and evaluate the business value and potential ROI for new processes suitable for automation.
7. Update and enrich tools used to track trained makers, their progress, and delivered use cases.
8. Participate in the consolidation and reporting of the team’s achievements and those of the trained makers.

1. 4–6 years of experience in business/process consulting or digital transformation, preferably in Finance.
2. Fluent professional English and French.
3. Strong facilitation and communication skills, including workshops and community animation.
4. Solid understanding of conversational AI, including prompt engineering and agentic patterns.

4–6 years in business/process consulting or digital transformation, with a preference for experience in Finance.
