1. Spend significant time on the sales floor, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Optimize, implement, and control internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Advise clients on current collections, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances, accessories, high-quality watches, and exclusive jewelry.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

1. Several years of experience in a comparable position.
2. Luxury retail experience is advantageous.
3. Expertise in dealing with international customers.
4. Confidence in style and a passion for Chanel products.

3. Flexibility and stress resistance.
4. Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.

Several years of experience in a comparable position with a focus on luxury retail and international clientele.
