- Assist in the preparation of training materials, including presentations and e-learning content, ensuring alignment with Chanel's standards of excellence.
- Support logistics for both in-class and virtual training sessions to ensure smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
- Track attendance and participation in training modules to support people development initiatives.
- Gather feedback from training sessions and compile post-training reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and organize team engagement events, such as workshops and team gatherings.
- Design interactive and creative engagement activities to foster motivation and collaboration among boutique teams.
- Maintain communication materials for learning and engagement initiatives.
- Update learning trackers for internal and partner boutiques, ensuring clear visibility of progress.
- Compile reports on sales team development KPIs and monitor individual learning paths.
- Coordinate schedules and invitations for training programs and engagement activities.
- Provide logistical support for regional travel, boutique visits, and events.
- Maintain an organized filing system for training documents and engagement plans.
- Degree or recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience or coursework in training, people development, or event coordination is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Genuine passion for people development and the luxury retail industry.
Previous experience or coursework in training, people development, or event coordination is an advantage.
Degree or recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field.
