1. Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proven teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
5. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
