- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
- Maintain comprehensive product and fashion industry knowledge to offer personalized advice and consultation.

- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and warm demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven teamwork abilities and collaborative approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone), and computer applications.

Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
