1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel and its history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar client-focused role is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base hourly salary range for this position is $22.38 to $30.00. Additional compensation, benefits, and perks are also offered.
