- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
- Maintain a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to offer personalized advice and consultation.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
- Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, follow standard operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrated selling skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone), and computer applications.
- Client-centric mindset dedicated to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
Previous experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
