- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office.
- Manage the Managing Director's Outlook calendar, anticipating and organizing priorities, schedule changes, and meeting preparations with efficiency and discretion.
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and transport, while coordinating itineraries for internal visitors.
- Draft and edit emails, presentations, and communications, handling confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
- Act as the central liaison between the Managing Director and all departments, coordinating external meetings and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Coordinate high-level visits and internal events, ensuring alignment with Chanel’s sustainability commitments.
- Manage expense processes with accuracy and timeliness, utilizing Concur claims.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a multicultural environment, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong sense of discretion, ethics, and professionalism.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Concur.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Strong adaptability and resilience, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
A minimum of 6 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sector, in a multicultural environment.
