Chanel Event Coordinator

1. Organize and coordinate fashion, WFJ, Art & Culture events for global team validation, including venue sourcing, materials sampling, and production in compliance with event guidelines.
2. Manage and liaise with production agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all event elements.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout all stages of the event process, including close collaboration with global event teams for production and material validation.
4. Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to allocated expenditures.
5. Handle post-event administrative tasks, including vendor payment settlements and related documentation.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Production & Operation, preferably in Fashion or WFJ.
2. Experience in the luxury industry or agency background preferred.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Strong operational skills and ability to manage day-to-day activities.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and vendors.
7. Problem-solving and crisis management skills.

A minimum of 5 years in event production and operations, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion or WFJ sectors.
