1. Serve as the liaison between ESG stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
2. Support the end-to-end implementation process of the ESG tool, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
3. Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document input from various stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with IT teams to configure, customize, and integrate the ESG tool with existing business systems.
5. Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and functional design documents.
6. Lead backlog refinement meetings, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
7. Maintain and update the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring efficient task assignment and completion.
8. Facilitate sprint planning and follow-up meetings to ensure smooth execution.
9. Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and managing upgrades.
10. Collaborate with business teams to gather feedback and prioritize tool improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in tool implementation, business analysis, or AMOA support roles.
3. Proven track record of managing tool implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

1. Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
2. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
3. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Strong understanding of system integration and data management principles.

A minimum of 3 years in tool implementation, business analysis, or AMOA support roles, with a proven track record of managing tool implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
