- Serve as the liaison between ESG stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Support the end-to-end implementation process of the ESG tool, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document input from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to configure, customize, and integrate the ESG tool with existing business systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and functional design documents.
- Lead backlog refinement meetings, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
- Maintain and update the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring efficient task assignment and completion.
- Facilitate sprint planning and follow-up meetings to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and managing upgrades.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather feedback and prioritize tool improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tool implementation, business analysis, or AMOA support roles.
- Proven track record of managing tool implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data management principles.
A minimum of 3 years in tool implementation, business analysis, or AMOA support roles, with a proven track record of managing tool implementations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
