Chanel E-Business Coordinator

- Assist with internal planning documents, including critical path, weekly plans, e-retail plan, and marketing content calendar for Chanel.com and e-retail.
- Maintain ongoing campaigns and products on Chanel.com in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Validate campaign assets in staging before launch and conduct live site checks post-launch.
- Perform monthly site quality assurance checks on Chanel e-boutique and retailer platforms.
- Conduct bi-monthly wrapping quality assurance checks for e-retail partners.
- Monitor and document competitor and industry executions and trends.
- Consolidate local and regional internal documentation in coordination with the eBusiness team.
- Ensure QA of online pricing across eBusiness channels during pricing updates.
- Manage PIM, deep assortment, activation and deactivation of products, and collaborate with retail partners for online enrichment.
- Update Field team for eRetail and eCommerce initiatives.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role with exposure to data analytics, consumer insights, and project management.
- Experience in the luxury retail market is advantageous.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional aesthetic results with an awareness of consumer and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with daily usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is highly advantageous.
A minimum of 12 months in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail market, with exposure to data analytics, consumer insights, and project management.
