1. Serve as the primary expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 features related to core supply chain processes and functionalities.
2. Coordinate and communicate between project stakeholders and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Centre.
3. Ensure alignment between corporate supply chain business processes and IT solutions.
4. Take ownership of the supply chain D365 technical stream activities.
5. Review and validate functional specifications, including D365, Power platform, and integrations stack.
6. Assist with data migration, data quality, and data stewardship within Dynamics 365.
7. Lead pre-study to understand initiative content, potential risks, and its impact in D365 and other solutions.
8. Collaborate with project/program manager and Finance IT Domain heads to prepare rollout plan and strategy.
9. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and recommend improvements.
10. Contribute to the solution design, challenges, and streamline business process fostering adoption of the unified solution.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology-related field.
2. Dynamics AX/NAV Finance implementation experience.
3. Extensive knowledge in POS/WMS/OMS system integration, supply chain management, unified commerce supply chain (MS Dynamics 365 Commerce).

1. Strong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
2. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 implementation and usage.
3. Technical proficiency in system design, integration, and configuration.
4. Analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
5. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management approaches.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. Fluency in English and French.

Proven experience in Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain expertise and consulting, with a strong background in international contexts and cultures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology-related field.
