- Design bespoke digital learning experiences to enhance the expertise of retail teams.
- Create and adapt the Europe Digital Learning roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Proofread and refine translations for new learning modules to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement creative editorial calendars for community management.
- Organize virtual or in-person events to engage the retail learning community.
- Collaborate with Boutique Learning Managers to gather and analyze learning KPIs.
- Collect and report on digital and blended learning KPIs to promote learning habits.
- Prepare actionable KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and track sample movements for the Fashion Division.
- Conduct biannual inventory checks and oversee sample exit processes.
- Coordinate sample care, including logistics support for training and events.
- Assist with sample inventory for marketing projects and distribute weekly communications.
- Address COUPA issues and escalate concerns to the Finance team.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in using PIVOT tables and converting data into insights.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
