1. Assist project managers in operational tasks for new PLV material launches.
2. Manage tasks related to PLV decor, including receiving decor documents, validating plans, coordinating with suppliers, and approving decorated prototypes.
3. Oversee component orders in collaboration with the central supply chain.
4. Handle tasks related to electrical and material certifications for PLV materials.
5. Consolidate material data and recycling notices for PLV materials.
6. Monitor and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules to the central supply chain.
7. Manage article data and orders in SAP.
8. Perform administrative tasks related to the replenishment of permanent materials.
9. Analyze supply requests, request quotes from suppliers, and compare quotes to budget.
10. Coordinate production and delivery operations with supply teams.
11. Maintain article data, purchase orders, and contract updates in SAP.
12. Report purchasing data using various tools.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical sales or purchasing (BTS Achats).
2. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
3. Excellent command of Excel.

Relevant experience in a similar role, particularly within the luxury or beauty industry, is preferred.
