2. Act as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team to communicate and execute the Chanel Difference.
3. Deliver exceptional service by interacting closely with clients and working alongside Fashion Advisors.
4. Develop and execute a client-centric culture that emphasizes engagement and long-lasting relationships.
5. Adapt management and communication styles to effectively mentor and support team members.
6. Set high standards in customer service and motivate the team to achieve these standards.
7. Address day-to-day operations issues promptly and seek guidance from the Head of Boutique as needed.
8. Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and paperwork.
9. Uphold the brand image by maintaining professional grooming and etiquette.
10. Promote teamwork and collaboration while embodying Chanel values.

1. Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Thorough knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and customer service.
