- Support CRM initiatives to ensure consistent client experiences across all Chanel Fragrance and Beauty stores.
- Identify and spearhead key CRM strategies across various touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as retail, regional, and learning teams to strategize and execute CRM initiatives.
- Manage CRM retail projects with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Contribute to retail event success by building client communication journeys.
- Strategize client journey plans across multi-touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Execute CRM strategies to meet client KPIs including recruitment, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong retail understanding.
- Experience in the luxury retail or beauty category preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a comfort in handling numbers and data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Curiosity and agility in developing cross-functional projects.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail or beauty sector.
