Chanel CRM Executive

- Support customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives under the Fragrance and Beauty Division.
- Ensure consistent client experience at all Chanel FBP stores.
- Identify key CRM strategies to enhance the brand across different touchpoints.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to strategize and execute various CRM initiatives.
- Support the strategizing of the client journey plan across multi-touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Execute CRM strategy to meet client KPIs such as recruitment, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Contribute to the success of retail events by building client communication journeys.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong retail understanding and exposure, preferably in agency or luxury retail/beauty category.
- Strong self-starter with a positive test and learn mindset.
- Comfortable with numbers and data.
- High level of detail-orientedness.
- Strong project management skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments with ambiguity.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong retail understanding and exposure, preferably in agency or luxury retail/beauty category.
