1. Collaborate with the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and business units to implement clienteling initiatives.
2. Drive operational execution of activations, including digital and print communications.
3. Champion retail clienteling tools, liaising with HQ for improvements and troubleshooting.
4. Support rollout of new clienteling tool features for seamless integration.
5. Deliver monthly KPIs, client listings, reports, and ROI calculations.
6. Respond to ad-hoc queries related to events and marketing activities.
7. Enhance and enlarge the client database, focusing on data quality.
8. Design dashboards to track data capture and correction efforts.
9. Reconcile data from different sources to generate client insights.
10. Contribute to in-depth analysis of client databases and profiles.
11. Present findings visually for stakeholders.

1. Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. Experience in data marketing and CRM.
3. Strong analytical skills.

1. Advanced Excel skills (pivots, index, match, vlookup).
2. Familiarity with Power BI.
3. Exceptional communication skills.
4. Organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.

Relevant experience in data marketing and CRM is required.

Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
