1. Oversee the full suite of Workday HCM configurations and functionalities to align with business objectives.
2. Lead complex Workday projects, ensuring meticulous crafting and implementation of HR solutions.
3. Enhance system efficiencies, data integrity, and controls through transformative initiatives.
4. Serve as a strategic advisor and primary contact for the People Solutions team, presenting new Workday features and driving continuous improvements.
5. Manage tenant setups, business processes, and bi-annual releases for seamless operation.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues promptly.
7. Mentor junior team members and guide users through configuration tasks.
8. Collaborate with the People Analytics team to ensure data mapping and integrity.
9. Lead data stewardship and purging activities to maintain consistency across applications.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM full suite implementation and administration.
2. Demonstrable experience in project leadership and management tools.
3. Proficiency in data migration and functional involvement in integration development.
4. Experience managing third-party service providers.
5. Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and HR systems.
6. Proven track record within a matrix organization or on complex projects.
7. Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Mastery in VBA, Macros, and Python is highly desirable.
3. Ability to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various sources.
4. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
5. Skill in proactive and anticipatory problem-solving.
6. Meticulous documentation skills.

A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience with Workday HCM full suite implementation and administration, including project leadership and management within a matrix organization.
