1. Participate in the optimization of boutique results and operations.
2. Support the customer loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups and new client integration.
3. Prepare and animate clienteling workshops.
4. Conduct customer analysis, including top clients and local segmentation.
5. Manage and track client gift orders and stock.
6. Assist in preparing team briefs and marketing activity updates.
7. Analyze mystery shopper visits and customer satisfaction metrics.
8. Manage digital tools for vendors and clients, ensuring updates and feedback collection.
9. Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience.
10. Assist in organizing events, including vendor coordination and budget tracking.
11. Gather qualitative client feedback post-events and analyze ROI.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.

A first experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.
