- Develop and execute strategic CRM communications, utilizing insights from CRM analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement CRM activations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Plan and optimize client onboarding journeys across digital and in-boutique touchpoints.
- Lead end-to-end client communication strategies across digital, social CRM, and boutique channels.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including campaign content oversight and communication calendar management.
- Act as the business lead for I-coco tool evolution and Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- Drive in-boutique engagement programs and manage in-boutique events to enhance client relationships.
- Oversee gifting initiatives and integrate them with client lifecycle milestones.
- Communicate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage communication and engagement budgets to maximize investment impact.
- Establish KPIs for communication campaigns and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead cross-functional collaboration to test and scale initiatives.
- Define business requirements for Kakao & CCC evolution and lead cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to proposals.
- Experience with integrated marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
- Team collaboration and mentorship abilities.
- Budget and resource management skills with ROI accountability.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Innovative and retail-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
4-7 years in digital marketing, digital communication, or CRM-related roles, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or a related field.
