- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the boutique floor, ensuring a seamless and elevated hospitality experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM Executive to recognize top clients, prepare appointments, and coordinate event invitations.
- Partner with client relations teams to execute client requests and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party services, including couriers, tailors, restaurants, and hotels, to enhance client experiences.
- Act as the main contact for personal shopping and private suite services in hotels and department stores.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of boutique policies and client services to address inquiries confidently.
- Support Team Managers and Fashion Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Lead by example in executing moments of wonder and fulfilling Chanel’s client relational promise.
- Share client insights and feedback with retail and management teams to continuously improve service levels.
- Deliver personalized service, orchestrating luxury hospitality around every client appointment.
- Greet clients, anticipate their needs, and support Fashion Advisors in relationship building.
- Perform soft concierge duties, including arranging transport and local hospitality reservations.
- Attend and support client events to enhance the overall client journey.
- Embody and communicate the heritage, values, and collections of Chanel, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, especially with VIPs and high-profile clients.
- Adapt interactions to suit a diverse, international clientele, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Use CRM systems and digital tools to personalize and enhance the client journey.
- Engage in ongoing training in luxury service, brand history, and hospitality excellence.
- Experience in a luxury environment or similar role within hospitality.
- Proven ability to form exceptional and lasting professional relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an organized approach.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

- Knowledge of local restaurants, theatres, and attractions.

Experience in a luxury environment or similar role within hospitality is required.
