1. Qualifications in Beauty Therapy with a focus on skin and facial massage.

1. Strong customer service experience in a retail or salon environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to establish emotional connections with clients.
4. Flexibility to work across a roster supporting business trading hours.
5. Understanding of data capture importance in the client journey.

Experience in providing beauty and skin treatments within a retail or salon environment is required.
