Chanel Business Solutions Manager

- Ensure successful delivery and support of key business technology projects across various domains including Finance, Supply Chain, People & Organisation, Retail, Marketing, e-Business, and other client-facing systems.
- Partner with local business and regional Tech/Digital teams to align system landscapes with regional architecture and strategic roadmaps.
- Capture business requirements, manage budgets, resources, and project schedules while fostering change management.
- Promote regional principles to local parties and facilitate solution system design, project management, and support monitoring.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or issues that could impact delivery.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Drive issue resolution through issue and risk management, escalating issues to the decision-making body as appropriate.
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements or new technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with regional and local support teams for issue troubleshooting that requires escalation.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not necessary.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Retail and Corporate systems with successful implementation references.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end project life cycles and projects involving multiple internal/external and local/regional teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Experience in multiple disciplines, including IT/Strategic planning, IT operations, Vendor management, Project management, and Change Management.
- Working knowledge of retail/digital technologies and integration (e.g., POS, CRM, Digital Marketing, e-Commerce).
- Working knowledge of corporate system technologies and integration (e.g., ERP, WMS, HRIS, Payroll, T&A, BI & AI tools).
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Retail and Corporate systems with successful implementation references. Experience in supporting end-to-end project life cycles and projects involving multiple internal/external and local/regional teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
