Chanel Business Process Analyst - Order-to-Cash

1. Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows and configurations.
2. Serve as the primary technical resource for the O2C team, supporting troubleshooting efforts and ensuring data accuracy.
3. Collaborate with the Global Tech team and external partners to manage system updates and integrations.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function using D365’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
5. Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in O2C processes.
7. Act as a key liaison between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Tech to support end-to-end O2C processes.
8. Address escalations and complex issues related to O2C processes and D365.
9. Assist in writing, reviewing, and signing off process documentation and SOPs.
10. Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process.
11. Develop and track global O2C KPIs and metrics to monitor performance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. MBA or relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, APICS, PMP are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years in O2C, Finance Operations, or Global Solution deployment roles.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance and Operations.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in D365 data analytics and reporting tools.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems and best practices for managing the O2C cycle.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Strategic thinking with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Minimum of 3 years in Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or Global Solution deployment roles, preferably with an ERP system.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
