- Provide value-added financial analyses, modeling, advisory, and insights into business performance to influence management decision-making.
- Evaluate and contribute to profitability and productivity by channel of distribution, point of sale, and product category, focusing on qualitative profitability growth while maintaining brand equity.
- Utilize robust analytics for business scenarios, predictive and prescriptive analysis to drive business decisions.
- Develop monthly/quarterly forecasts, budgets, medium-term plans, and strategic alignment meetings.
- Compile capital expenditure requests and drive inventory management through reviewing forecast proposals with commercial teams.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and presentations as required by senior management.
- Establish regular cadence with business partners for monthly budget vs actual analysis and drive improvements to operating expense efficiency and forecasting.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams on developing analytical KPIs and automated reports to support business decision-making and enhance work efficiency.
- University degree or equivalent level of education.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Innovative and highly analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Lean Methodology.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Conflict management.
- Project management.
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and reporting/analysis tools.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis is required.
University degree or equivalent level of education.
