1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with extensive knowledge of skincare and makeup.
2. Certification or courses in makeup artistry.
3. Flexibility to learn and develop continuously.
4. Results-oriented with attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Excel.
