Chanel Brand Ambassador

1. Act as the public face of the Maison, embodying Chanel’s aesthetic, values and service standards in every client interaction.
2. Cultivate, manage and expand a portfolio of private and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised outreach.
3. Deliver expert product knowledge across fashion, accessories, fragrance and beauty; advise clients on styling, personalised selections and aftercare.
4. Drive sales performance and conversion through targeted relationship management, follow-up and private appointments.
5. Plan and host in-store and private client events, previews and bespoke appointments in collaboration with boutique management and marketing.
6. Capture and report qualitative market feedback to regional teams to inform merchandising, assortment and client strategies.
7. Collaborate with boutique teams to maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and client service flow to Maison standards.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, brand representation or client-facing roles within premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
2. Demonstrable track record of cultivating VIP clientele and achieving individual sales targets.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with discretion, emotional intelligence and a concierge-level approach to service.
4. Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and private appointments.

Minimum three years’ professional experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or brand ambassador roles, with documented success in VIP relationship management and sales performance.
