Chanel Boutique Supervisor

- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring alignment with Chanel's standards for client experience and boutique ambiance.
- Lead and inspire Fashion Advisors, actively participating in their professional development and daily coaching.
- Maintain and cultivate personal client relationships, providing styling advice and enhancing their Chanel experience.
- Motivate staff to achieve exceptional client service, thereby maximizing boutique results.
- Identify and address team performance issues, implementing solutions from the Head and Deputy Head of Boutique.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to capitalize on market trends.
- Maintain comprehensive product and fashion industry knowledge to advise clients effectively.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a management or leadership role within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving team success.
- Experience in fostering a high-performance culture and leading a motivated team.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in reporting on category mix and competitive factors.
- Exemplary personal image and presentation in accordance with Chanel guidelines.
- High degree of professionalism and maturity in business interactions.
