1. Coordinate and oversee engineering maintenance and housekeeping for Fashion and WFJ boutiques.
2. Identify and manage maintenance and engineering needs, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
3. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for all maintenance activities.
4. Engage with contractors for scheduling, negotiation, and quality control of maintenance work.
5. Conduct regular site visits for supervision, inspection, and recommendations on repairs and renovations.
6. Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules, ensuring quality and timely follow-up.
7. Manage loose furniture, including ordering, shipment, and implementation.
8. Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual cost analysis and planning.
9. Collaborate with RSDD on boutique construction and renovation projects.
10. Coordinate with security companies for boutique security and emergency procedures.

1. Proven experience in project management and maintenance within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of local compliance and regulatory requirements for maintenance work.
3. Experience in managing contractors and negotiating contracts.
