Chanel Boutique Projects and Maintenance Manager

- Coordinate and oversee engineering maintenance and housekeeping for Fashion and WFJ boutiques.
- Identify and manage maintenance and engineering needs, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for all maintenance activities.
- Engage with contractors for scheduling, negotiation, and quality control of maintenance work.
- Conduct regular site visits for supervision, inspection, and recommendations on repairs and renovations.
- Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules, ensuring quality and timely follow-up.
- Manage loose furniture, including ordering, shipment, and implementation.
- Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual cost analysis and planning.
- Collaborate with RSDD on boutique construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with security companies for boutique security and emergency procedures.
- Proven experience in project management and maintenance within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of local compliance and regulatory requirements for maintenance work.
- Experience in managing contractors and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and maintenance, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
