Chanel Boutique Operations Manager

1. Lead and manage the Stock Team, CASS, Boutique Assistants, Alterations, and Cashiers to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
2. Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and associated paperwork.
3. Implement and enforce Boutique Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold brand image and compliance with regulations.
4. Lead boutique-level projects to enhance operational efficiency and client and employee experiences.
5. Collaborate with the Head of Boutique and Retail Performance Manager on operations projects and tools.
6. Motivate and inspire the Boutique Support Team to achieve high standards in client and employee experiences.
7. Support team development through regular performance conversations and career development initiatives.

1. Several years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in team management.

1. Strong knowledge of retail operations and emerging topics such as Data Privacy, Occupational Health & Safety, and Sustainability.
2. Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI.

Several years of retail operation experience in a similar business or organization, with luxury retail being advantageous.
