Chanel Boutique Operations Manager

- Lead and manage the Stock Team, CASS, Boutique Assistants, Alterations, and Cashiers to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and associated paperwork.
- Implement and enforce Boutique Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold brand image and compliance with regulations.
- Lead boutique-level projects to enhance operational efficiency and client and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the Head of Boutique and Retail Performance Manager on operations projects and tools.
- Motivate and inspire the Boutique Support Team to achieve high standards in client and employee experiences.
- Support team development through regular performance conversations and career development initiatives.
- Several years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and emerging topics such as Data Privacy, Occupational Health & Safety, and Sustainability.
- Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI.
Several years of retail operation experience in a similar business or organization, with luxury retail being advantageous.
