1. Uphold operational standards and processes to ensure an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Chanel's service ethos.
4. Support daily operations including register management, inventory handling, and stock organization.
5. Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
6. Collaborate with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
7. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
8. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally within the fragrance and beauty sector, is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.30 to $27 per hour, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and benefits.
