1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations, including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock needs.
5. Understand and execute inventory management processes.
6. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock into the system.
7. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
8. Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
9. Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
10. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
11. Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
12. Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $29 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and perks.
