2. Ensure the boutique meets Chanel standards in client service and operations.
3. Drive sales and growth by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
4. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
5. Commit to CRM KPIs, fostering client loyalty and retention.
6. Partner with the learning team to provide coaching and mentoring in client experience and sales techniques.
7. Role model Chanel service standards and lead by example on the selling floor.

1. Demonstrated management experience in luxury or fast-moving retail environments.
2. Passion for the beauty industry, with experience in skincare, fragrance, or makeup.
3. Industry qualifications are advantageous.

Proven management experience within a luxury or fast-paced retail setting, preferably in the beauty industry.
