- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client experiences in the Fragrance and Beauty Boutique.
- Ensure the boutique meets Chanel standards in client service and operations.
- Drive sales and growth by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
- Commit to CRM KPIs, fostering client loyalty and retention.
- Partner with the learning team to provide coaching and mentoring in client experience and sales techniques.
- Role model Chanel service standards and lead by example on the selling floor.
- Demonstrated management experience in luxury or fast-moving retail environments.
- Passion for the beauty industry, with experience in skincare, fragrance, or makeup.
- Industry qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success.
- Open-mindedness to diversity and cultural differences.
Proven management experience within a luxury or fast-paced retail setting, preferably in the beauty industry.
