1. Lead and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
2. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
3. Develop and empower boutique leadership to manage their teams effectively.
4. Collaborate with the boutique team and Home Office to achieve business goals and increase sales.
5. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
6. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld.

1. Minimum 7 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 through $160,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
