12. Understand and engage in boutique operations, providing the Manager with relevant reports.
13. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the boutique's success by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor within a high-end or luxury retail environment.

1. Passion for make-up and beauty with a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Great sense of initiative and an intercultural approach.

Minimum of 5 years in a high-end or luxury retail environment as a Beauty Advisor.
