Chanel Automated Systems Operator

The company operates several industrial and supply sites in the Oise region, dedicated to the manufacturing and global distribution of Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup, while ensuring rapid product industrialization.
- Operate and adjust automated packaging equipment according to defined operational ranges, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure the supply line is adequately stocked by ordering necessary components and semi-finished goods, maintaining consistent workstation supply.
- Analyze and address equipment malfunctions by conducting diagnostics, performing interventions, and restarting machinery, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products, analyze potential quality issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Adhere to and execute the production schedule, ensuring timely and efficient production while maintaining expected performance and productivity levels.
- Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Perform cleaning and organization of the workstation and machinery to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Propose improvements in quality, safety, technical processes, and productivity.
- Contribute to the training of new employees by mentoring and actively participating in their integration.
- Technical education such as CIMA, Bac Pro, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in industrial production tools and environments.
- Strong technical skills in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and automation.
- Strong safety, quality, and performance culture.
- Methodical organization and efficiency in task execution.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
- Analytical skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (SAP, Microsoft Office Suite).
Significant experience in the industrial sector is required.
Technical education such as CIMA, Bac Pro, or equivalent.
