- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including documentation, system access, and orientation schedules.
- Facilitate offboarding by managing exit processes, collecting company assets, and ensuring timely completion of required steps.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, minimizing errors and ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Liaise with the payroll team to communicate changes, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure timely processing of payroll-related information.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes, policies, and Workday navigation, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and ideas for enhancing onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or administrative support preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a supportive approach to employee interactions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of HR processes.
- Comfort with HR systems, particularly Workday, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to collective goals and assist colleagues.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR administration is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or administrative support preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $35.00- $40.00 an hour. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position, which may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
