Chanel Assistant Store Manager

- Represent the ERES brand image by maintaining exemplary standards and supporting the sales team.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador on the boutique floor, coaching sales teams in best practices.
- Ensure window and in-boutique displays reflect the collection's essence and the ERES image.
- Maintain the boutique environment in optimal condition, including cleanliness and professional team appearance.
- Motivate and develop the boutique team, communicating ERES vision and mission.
- Conduct regular briefings and meetings to inspire the team and discuss performance and challenges.
- Identify team members' strengths and weaknesses, creating individual development plans.
- Supervise the team to maintain operational excellence.
- Design and review the boutique roster to align staff strength with traffic demands.
- Ensure commercial and financial objectives of the boutique are met.
- Oversee operational procedures related to sales, discounts, transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and HQ to optimize assortment and stock levels.
- Support the implementation of commercial operations and group commercial policies in-store.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills, including empathy, coaching, and motivation.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment.
- Structured, organized, and autonomous.
