Chanel Assistant Project Manager, Client Engagement

- Act as a liaison between field teams and headquarters for various digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, CRM, Training, Media, PR, and Trade, as well as other European markets.
- Identify cross-functional needs and support field teams in their digital transformation efforts.
- Propose potential innovations in tools and processes through technological monitoring.
- Manage the operational aspects of IT tools for field teams, including TWEED, YOOBIC, and Wholesale Hub.
- Provide training and assistance to field teams on tool improvements, bug fixes, and requests.
- Participate in the creation of monthly performance reports using PowerBI and Excel, and regularly report to field teams and management committees.
- Support the Client Engagement Project Manager in coordinating between field teams and headquarters, participating in ad hoc projects with relevant departments.
- Assist in the preparation of analyses and presentations for sales seminars and help organize Wholesale Committees and Zone Meetings.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (preferably BAC+4/BAC+5, M2).
- Strong interest in project management, IT innovation, and field operations.
- Fluent in French with a good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in digital marketing and IT tools and applications.
- Dynamic, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in field operations or digital marketing is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+4/BAC+5).
