Chanel Assistant Media Project Manager (Alternance)

- Support the Media Project Manager in planning and executing media activation and implementation across fashion campaigns and channels.
- Coordinate trafficking and technical set-up of digital campaigns, ensuring tags, creatives and tracking are implemented to specification.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, e-commerce, legal, IT) and external vendors to maintain timelines and resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Perform quality assurance on campaign assets and serve as first line for pre-launch checks and post-launch verification.
- Maintain project documentation, media calendars, asset inventories and implementation trackers.
- Prepare concise performance and implementation reports, highlighting issues and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline campaign onboarding and reduce time-to-live.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related discipline (work-study/alternance eligibility required).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to technical detail and timelines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise technical issues into actionable recommendations.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a collaborative attitude suited to a luxury brand environment.
- Availability to start the alternance in September 2026 for the duration required by the study program.

Entry-level; internships or prior exposure to digital media activation, campaign trafficking, or marketing project coordination are advantageous but not mandatory.
