1. Support the Boutique Manager in leading and motivating a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive sales and growth by ensuring the boutique meets Chanel's high standards in client service and operations.

4. Act as a role model for Chanel's service standards on the selling floor.
5. Build and maintain a loyal client base by actively engaging and recruiting clients.
6. Demonstrate passion for Chanel's product categories: Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance.
