- Support the daily management of wholesale accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
- Review and update the portfolio each season.
- Provide operational support to e-commerce partners, including packshots, translations, and launch dates.
- Support store openings and follow-up, including free-standing stores, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups.
- Update the network on product adjustments.
- Process, clean, and consolidate monthly sell-out data, including net sales, sell-through, and stock coverage.
- Collect and analyze monthly qualitative feedback.
- Handle customer requests, including reorders and claims.
- Conduct market studies aligned with strategic development ambitions.
- Assist in organizing showroom appointments, managing planning, and collecting legal documents.
- Prepare and communicate selling tools, such as guidelines, linesheets, and order templates.
- Provide operational support during sales campaigns and client appointments.
- Coordinate sales data entries and modifications before production dates.
- Support in resolving logistics or order-related issues in coordination with Customer Service.
- Coordinate after-sales cases.
- Develop and adapt training materials according to store selections.
- Follow-up on monthly VM reports and ensure store assortment visibility to the VM team.
- Master’s level student from a Business School or University.
- Agility in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to excellence in all work aspects.
- Positive mindset with an enthusiastic and dedicated attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated but not required.
Master’s level student from a Business School or University.
