Celine seeks a Client Advisor in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy — full-time temporary role delivering luxury client service and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the Serravalle Scrivia outlet and ensure a warm, refined in-store experience.
- Advise clients on products and communicate the heritage and craftsmanship behind Celine's collections.
- Drive sales and contribute to attainment of individual and store targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term, privileged client relationships using clienteling techniques to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Participate in all store operational activities: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory and after-sales service.
- Adhere to internal procedures and brand guidelines to safeguard product integrity and client confidentiality.
- Support the Maison's digital initiatives and use digital retail tools to enhance the client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Celine's spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail sales experience in fashion or luxury (3 years preferred).
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with proven ability to translate product knowledge into customer advice.
- Demonstrable client-service orientation, empathy, natural curiosity and optimism.
- Collaborative team spirit combined with a taste for challenge and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector; 3 years preferred. Proven track record of delivering high-level client service and meeting sales targets.

The successful candidate will be located in Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy, with easy access to Genoa.
