Celine Visual Merchandising Manager

1. Prepare and execute all store collections launches and display refreshes for both men and women collections.
2. Ensure YOOBIC APP is updated after each launch or new zoning.
3. Train store teams on maintenance, VM standards, and seasonal guidelines in collaboration with the France Monaco Training Manager.
4. Participate in morning briefs, training sessions, and VM onboardings.
5. Collaborate with the CRM team for in-store and external events.
6. Supervise all pop-up, store opening, and retrofit activities within the region.
7. Manage VM tools stock and forecast needs.

1. Degree or above
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the luxury sector

3. Highly rigorous, precise with an eye for detail
4. Good analytical skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong on-the-field experience
7. Ability to read and adjust VM guidelines to a store
8. Proactive, independent, and pedagogical

Previous experience in a luxury fashion house is required.
