1. Prepare and execute collections launches and display refreshes for both men's and women's collections across all stores.
2. Ensure the YOOBIC APP is updated post-launch and after new zoning implementations.
3. Collaborate with the France Monaco Training Manager to train store teams on maintenance, visual merchandising standards, and seasonal guidelines.
4. Participate in morning briefs, training sessions, and visual merchandising onboardings.
5. Work with the CRM team for in-store and external events, such as trunk shows and haute maroquinerie events.
6. Oversee pop-up stores, store openings, and retrofits within the region.
7. Manage visual merchandising tools stock and forecast future needs.

1. Degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector.

4. Proficient analytical skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels.
6. Experience in luxury fashion houses is required.
7. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 6 years in visual merchandising within the luxury sector is required.

Degree or higher in a relevant field.
