1. Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and maintaining the brand image.
2. Assist in driving sales initiatives to achieve team and individual sales targets.
3. Establish and uphold the highest standards of the store environment.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the sales team.
5. Lead and enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the store.
6. Provide on-the-job training to new staff members.
7. Communicate and enforce HR policies at the store level.
8. Coach sales staff to meet and exceed performance standards.
9. Address staff issues and grievances, escalating to management as necessary.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
11. Conduct follow-up communication with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
12. Prepare various reports including merchandising flow, traffic flow, and daily sales.
13. Assist in conducting daily briefings on office information and sales performance.
14. Resolve ad-hoc operational issues and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
15. Oversee stock taking, replenishment, and merchandising distribution.
16. Manage petty cash utilization and liaise with the Accounts Department for store expenses.

1. College degree or higher

6. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury fashion retail industry, with at least 2 years in team management.

College degree or higher
