- Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and maintaining the brand image.
- Assist in driving sales initiatives to achieve team and individual sales targets.
- Establish and uphold the highest standards of the store environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the sales team.
- Lead and enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the store.
- Provide on-the-job training to new staff members.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies at the store level.
- Coach sales staff to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Address staff issues and grievances, escalating to management as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Conduct follow-up communication with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
- Prepare various reports including merchandising flow, traffic flow, and daily sales.
- Assist in conducting daily briefings on office information and sales performance.
- Resolve ad-hoc operational issues and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee stock taking, replenishment, and merchandising distribution.
- Manage petty cash utilization and liaise with the Accounts Department for store expenses.
- College degree or higher
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player
- Customer-oriented with excellent service quality
- Tactful in handling customers and external parties
- Strong fashion sense
- Self-sufficient and results-driven
- Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury fashion retail industry, with at least 2 years in team management.
College degree or higher
