Celine Showroom Coordinator

- Manage internal requests for prototypes across various departments including Production, Studio, and Product Development.
- Receive and inventory new collections and press orders, integrating them into Launchmetrics and ensuring proper labeling.
- Coordinate the archiving of collection looks in collaboration with the Studio.
- Regularly dispatch obsolete prototypes for VAP or marketing returns.
- Conduct regular inventories of collections.
- Maintain the showroom and prototypes, including sending items to workshops or for pressing as needed.
- Organize Press Days in Paris and other regions, handling sample selection, logistics, and visual merchandising.
- Manage requests for internal shoots and events such as Ecommerce, advertising campaigns, pop-ups, and clienteling.
- Assist in fashion show preparations, including sending invitations and gifts, and providing support on the event day.
- Supervise two showroom interns and support the Press & VIP teams during peak shopping periods, including managing international shipments and preparing necessary documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or logistics.

A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in coordination, management, logistics, or transport, with a requisite background in fashion and luxury.
Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or logistics.
