1. Manage and track the sending and returning of press shopping items for all markets.
2. Prepare press shopping items in collaboration with press assistants.
3. Request couriers for Paris or transporters for international shipments.
4. Edit necessary documents such as packing lists, proformas, and footwear sheets under the supervision of the showroom coordinator.
5. Package samples according to their destination.
6. Handle the return of press shopping items, including organizing, sending to dry cleaning, or sending to workshops if needed.
7. Manage and maintain the showroom daily.
8. Assist with fashion shows or other press events.
9. Help with inventory of new collections.
10. Assist in archiving collections.

1. Student in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Fluent in French and English.

1. Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
2. Sensitive to the fashion universe.
3. Ability to work dynamically in a team.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Reactive and flexible.
6. Proficient in FGPS (Launchmetrics).

A first experience in fashion is necessary.
