- Define and implement sales strategies tailored to each client, setting objectives and budgets.
- Establish a three-year plan in collaboration with the wholesale director.
- Manage and develop the existing client portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving sales growth.
- Oversee order consistency, balance, and financial performance.
- Ensure smooth administrative and commercial follow-ups, resolving disputes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyze and address customer requests to ensure profitable agreements.
- Monitor P&L for key accounts and implement CELINE wholesale excellence initiatives.
- Roll out seasonal communication plans both online and offline.
- Lead and mentor a Commercial Coordinator to align with strategic goals.
- Conduct market visits to enhance brand distribution quality and manage key accounts.
- Oversee reporting and performance tracking, optimizing dashboards and commercial tools.
- Perform competitive analysis and market intelligence, providing strategic insights to management.
- Establish OTB and business plans for each client during showroom events.
- Guide wholesale partners to maintain a consistent brand image.
- Coordinate sales data entries and modifications before production dates.
- Troubleshoot client service issues in partnership with customer service and credit managers.
- Follow up on delivery, payment, and stock management to secure goods flow.
- Coordinate after-sales service.
- Develop and adapt training materials based on internal documents.
- Coordinate monthly reporting feedback and conduct market studies.
- Prospect and research new market opportunities with detailed reports to management.
- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years) with perfect knowledge of the Italian market.
